MTI Privacy Policy

The Music Theatre of Idaho appreciates your patronage and is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use information you provide to process your ticket order. We will retain your name and address to notify you of future MTI events only if you request it (you can indicate it in the comments section of the online ticket system). We will retain your name in association with the tickets you purchase until the show you are attending is complete. We will not sell or distribute your information to any other entity of any kind. When you place an order for an MTI event, we protect your information using Secure Software Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts all personal information you enter. Once your information is entered, we also protect it from any unauthorized access. After your order is processed, we remove all credit card information from our system.

In order to process your order, we need your name, mailing address, email address and phone number so that we can contact you if there are any problems with your order. We also need your credit card number and expiration date. With this information we will process your order, and attempt to notify you of confirmation via email.

Maybe you have heard of web browser “cookies”? We keep things pretty simple and only use them to track your current order as you add tickets from multiple shows to your shopping cart.

Please be assured that we will do all we can to protect your privacy. We are a non-profit organization with a group of committed individuals who have a passion for music theatre.
