MTI Policies & Procedures
The Music Theatre of Idaho, inc. reserves the right to change programming, based on any number of variables which could occur during a program year. The MTI plans programming a year in advance, based on the best knowledge we have available at that time. If we must change our programming, we will offer another musical which meets our obligation to the community (family-centered, professional quality). We will only change programming when an emergency occurs. If a program is changed, the MTI is obligated to use due diligence in notifying patrons of the change. At least two media sources will be used in order to notify patrons. In the event of a programming change, the no-refund policy is still in force, however, patrons will be given at least three options for using their tickets, should they not desire to attend the “substituted” production.
